Delhi HC Demands Cert-In's Response On VPN Related Cybersecurity Directive

<p>In response to a petition by Virtual Private Network (VPN) provider SnTHostings, which questioned the validity of guidelines issued by the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (Cert-In) in April on the necessity of client file preservation, the Delhi High Court has given the government notice. After hearing the arguments made by the attorneys, the High Court ordered Cert-In to submit its response within four weeks.</p>
