Even companies outside India covered under IT Act: Pavan Duggal

Busting a myth about the IT Act, Dr Pavan Duggal in our podcast 'In Conversation' said even companies outside India are covered under it. "If their services are available on your iPad on your phone or if their services impact computer systems and computer networks in India, they can be sued for damages," he added. He said people view it as time-consuming and hence don't take steps.
