GitHub to Require Two-Factor Authentication for All Contributors from March 13

<p>Security of Software Supply Chain GitHub, the world's largest code hosting platform, will 2FA for all contributors starting March 13, to boost security in the wake of recent cyberattacks on software supply chains. With 2FA, GitHub's millions of contributors will have to provide two forms of identification to access their accounts, making it harder for hackers to gain unauthorized access. </p>
