IBA CEO: Banks Must Provide Customers Confidence in Data Privacy and Cybersecurity
<p>In the midst of rapid digitization, institutions must maintain their reputation, according to Sunil Mehta, CEO of the Indian Banks' Association. "Banking is a trust-based industry where credibility must be maintained. Bankers must protect the institution's credibility as well as the privacy of consumer data. Users must have faith in cybersecurity, that their data will be kept safe and that no thefts will occur "Mehta stated.</p>
