IBM India MD backs Wipro on moonlighting

<p>Moonlighting, according to IBM India MD Sandip Patel, is unethical. In response to a question on the subject, Patel stated that he concurs with Wipro Chairman Rishad Premji&#39;s position. Moonlighting, according to Premji, is &quot;cheating, pure and simple.&quot; In a recent communication to staff members, Infosys warned that anyone discovered moonlighting might face disciplinary action. Regardless of what the employees can do with their free time, as per Patel, it is unethical.</p>
