Ivanti releases 'Ransomware Spotlight Year End Report' for 2021

<p>Ivanti, the maker of the Ivanti Neurons automation platform, has released the findings of its Ransomware Spotlight Year-End Report, which was conducted in collaboration with Cyber Security Works and Cyware. In 2021, the report identified 32 new ransomware families, bringing the total to 157, a 26% increase over the previous year. It was also discovered that ransomware groups are weaponising zero-day vulnerabilities in record time to launch crippling attacks.</p>
