Microsoft Finds New Ransomware Outbreak Targeting Ukraine and Poland

<p>A new hacking group targetting businesses in the logistics and transportation sectors in Poland and Ukraine has been discovered by Microsoft. The Microsoft Threat Intelligence Center (MSTIC) discovered evidence of a cutting-edge hacking effort using a ransomware payload that had not yet been identified. The business claims that none of the 94 ransomware activity groups that Microsoft is tracking are involved in this attack.</p>
