Nearly 50% of global entities using obsolete networking devices

<p>NTT assessed over 808K network devices in five regions and reported that 47.9% of global organisations&rsquo; network infra were obsolete in 2019. Tech firms said that are early adopters of new technology stood second (59.6%) after the public sector (61.7%) followed by Healthcare (52.5%), energy and utilities (51.9%), and retail and wholesale (49.1%). Obsolete devices worsen the security vulnerabilities caused by open networks in co-working spaces.</p>
