Over ₹4Cr stolen in cyber frauds during last 13 months, say Chandigarh police

<p>The city of Chandigarh has been ravaged by cybercrime during the pandemic. Taking advantage of the increased digitalization, cybercriminals have resorted to multiple fraudulent techniques to steal money. Between July 1, 2020, and August 15, 2021, over ₹4Cr was lost to Cybercrime cheats, and 8000 complaints were recorded.
