Pak Agencies Clueless About Dark Web

<p>Pakistan has issued a cybersecurity advisory to all ministries and provincial governments urging them to prevent data leaks via the dark web. Dark web is a section of the internet that is inaccessible to search engines. Its users are predominantly anonymous and untraceable and are beyond the reach of law enforcement agencies.
