REvil ransomware group goes offline again, states internal dispute as reason

<p>Cybercriminals claiming to lead the Ransomware group have put outposts stating that the group is closing down, owing to internal disputes and loss of critical infrastructure. Security expert Dmitry Smilyanets shared messages from &quot;0__neday&quot;, a REvil operator, in which he explained the reason for the shutdown, and claimed that someone took control of REvil&#39;s payment portal and data leak website.<br /> &nbsp;</p>
