Russian hackers attack state, local govt networks: US govt

<p>US govt agencies, less than two weeks before the presidential elections, alleged that state-backed Russian hackers groups - Berserk Bear or Dragonfly - had targeted dozens of state, local, tribal and territorial US govt and aviation networks. The hackers managed to broke into an unknown number of networks and was successful in stealing data from two of them. Hacking concerns in the US are high ahead of the presidential election on Nov&nbsp;3.</p>
