Russia's information war with Ukraine is losing, according to UK spy chief

<p>Nearly six months after its invasion of Ukraine, Russia has not made progress there, according to the leader of the British spy agency GCHQ. The head of intelligence, Jeremy Fleming, said that both nations have been utilising their cyber capabilities in the conflict in Ukraine in an opinion piece published in The Economist. According to Fleming, WhisperGate malware was used by Russia to compromise and damage Ukrainian government computers.</p>
