Singapore sets up a cybersecurity assessment, certification centre

<p>Singapore has established a $14M National Integrated Centre for Evaluation for vulnerability assessments of software and hardware products, physical hardware attacks, and security solutions. It will also make sophisticated security evaluation techniques research easier. CLS-Ready label application expenses will be eliminated until Oct 2022. Initially, it applied to Wi-Fi routers and smart home hubs. It assigns a score to devices based on security features.</p>
