Tesla’s woes continue as Autopilot faces review by German officials

<p>The commercialisation of automated driving technologies like Autopilot has been troublesome, to say the least. Tesla is now under review by German regulators for the main purpose of determining whether an automated lane-changing feature is approved for use in the EU. The officials have also&nbsp;contacted&nbsp;Netherlands&rsquo; vehicle agency for the investigation. This review comes after the US, as it launched a second probe into a supposed Autopilot defect.</p>
