Thousands downloaded a data-stealing app from Google Play Store

<p>A popular Android banking virus that steals user data such as passwords and text messages has been found and downloaded thousands of times from Google Play Store. TeaBot, also known as Anatsa and Toddler, is a banking trojan that targets European banks by obtaining two-factor authentication codes provided through text messages.
