US aims to crack down on VPN providers after India

<p>US legislators, following India, have now requested the Federal Trade Commission to address abusive and deceptive data practises by hundreds of businesses offering personal Virtual Private Network (VPN) services. The consumer VPN sector, according to the MPs, is riddled with dishonest advertising and unethical data practises.
