First Linux distro for M1 macs now available

<p>While the Linux kernel added support for Apple silicon in June 2021, the development Asahi Linux Project was well underway months before that. The developers of the project have announced that Asahi is now available as an alpha version for users interested. The developers warn users that not all functionality(like only half of the ports are working) is added but basic features like support for built-in displays, keyboards, trackpads, WiFi, etc are working.&nbsp;</p>
