Nvidia Unveils Blackwell Ultra GB300 AI Superchip with 20 Petaflops Performance

Nvidia has announced its latest AI "superchip," the Blackwell Ultra GB300, set to ship in the second half of 2025. This advanced chip delivers 20 petaflops of AI performance and features 288GB of HBM3e memory. Nvidia also introduced the Vera Rubin architecture, offering substantial improvements with 50 petaflops of FP4 performance. These developments aim to meet the escalating demand for computing power in AI applications.
