India contributes 2% share in global space economy: Govt to Lok Sabha

<p>India accounts for about 2% of the estimated $360B global space economy. India also has ground infrastructure and a wide range of operational programs related to the use of space technology to address pressing national issues and universal human and societal challenges. India has developed indigenous capabilities in all areas of the space industry, including space assets, satellite communication, meteorology, space science, and navigation.</p>
