Telecom Equipment Manufacturer STL To Set Up US Facility for Optical Cables

<p>To serve the international market, STL (formerly Sterlite Technologies) is in the midst of establishing its own production plant in the US. Ankit Agarwal, managing director of STL, stated that the South Carolina facility in the US will produce optical cable and become operational in the following quarter.&nbsp;This year, the corporation would invest Rs. 500 Cr&nbsp;in its Indian growth and set up of a new facility in the US.<br /> &nbsp;</p>
