ADIA to invest Rs 5,512.50 Cr in Reliance Retail Ventures

<p>Reliance Industries announced that a wholly owned subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) will invest Rs 5,512.50 Crore into RRVL, acquiring a 1.20% equity stake on a fully diluted basis. This investment values RRVL at a pre-money equity value of Rs 4.285 L Cr. With this investment, RRVL has raised Rs 37,710 Cr from leading global investors like Silver Lake, KKR, General Atlantic, Mubadala, GIC, and TPG in less than four weeks.</p>
