Airtel deploys new 25MHz spectrum in Punjab to speed up network

<p>Airtel, one of the most popular network brands in Punjab, that covers 99.89% of the population, is looking to improve network speed by deploying a new 25MHz spectrum. 20MHz will be deployed in the 2300MHz band and 5MHz in the 1800MHz band, giving Airtel lead in both the bands. With this new deployment, Airtel has the largest spectrum bank of 65MHz in the state. Pre-5G massive MIMO, 4G advanced Carrier Aggregation have also been deployed.<br /> &nbsp;</p>
