'Airtel rolls out cloud-based communications platform for business

<p>Bharti Airtel entered into the cloud communications business with the launch of &lsquo;Airtel IQ&rsquo;. The cloud-based platform aims to remove various communication platforms - voice, SMS, IVR - for different channels, thus translating into 30-40% cost reduction for enterprises. Swiggy, Justdial, Urban Company, Havells, Rapido have signed up for Airtel IQ in the beta phase. India&#39;s cloud communications market, estimated at USD 1 bn, is seen growing nearly 20% annually.&#39;</p>
