Alternative investment firm Stonepeak to buy Intrado’s emergency-call routing services for $2.4B

<p dir="ltr">Stonepeak said that it would purchase Intrado&rsquo;s critical public emergency telecommunications services in a $2.4B deal. Intrado is a leading global technology-enabled services provider. Intrado, owned by Apollo Global Management, has been responsible for the USA&rsquo;s 911 emergency calling system infrastructure for almost 40 years. The deal will likely close in the first quarter of 2023.</p>
