Apple orders 90M units from its partners, expects stable sales

<p>Apple expects strong iPhone sales in the upcoming year despite the recession in the global economy. For the iPhone 14, Cupertino gave its assemblers the same directives it gave them for the iPhone 13: stick to a 90M objective. By the end of 2022, the company is expected to create 220M smartphones, the same number as the last year. The majority of the iPhones are assembled by the Hon Hai Precision Industry.</p>
