Apple planning next Mac chips with aim to outperform Intel's top-end

<p>Apple is planning a series of new processors, planned for release as early as the spring, with the aim to outperform Intel&#39;s fastest. Apple&rsquo;s M1 chip was unveiled, recently, in a new entry-level MacBook Pro laptop, a refreshed Mac mini desktop and across the MacBook Air range. Intel which gets less than 10% of its revenue from Mac chips witnessed its shares slid 1.7% in early trading in New York, as it may face turbulence if Apple has its way.</p>
