Apple Settles Lawsuit Against Former Employee Accused Of Leaking Trade Secrets

<p>Apple has agreed to settle a lawsuit against ex-product designer Simon Lancaster, whom the firm accused of stealing trade secrets and passing them on to a journalist for personal gain. According to court orders, Lancaster must pay an unknown sum as compensation to Apple and is barred from disclosing, communicating, transferring, discussing, or using any private information, in any manner, without Apple&#39;s express prior written authorization.</p>
