Aston Martin partners with Britishvolt to develop battery cells

<p>Aston Martin has announced a collaboration with Britishvolt to produce batteries for high-performance EVs. As part of the collaboration, Aston Martin and Britishvolt will develop and industrialize battery packs. The British car maker plans to release its first EV in 2025 which will likely replace one of its current sports car models. More plans were also revealed to provide electric powertrains in all new models released after 2026 and a fully electric lineup by 2030.</p>
