Atos acquires multi-cloud services company Cloudreach
<p>Atos announced an agreement to acquire Cloudreach, a multi-cloud services company. Cloudreach's strengths are embedded in hybrid and multi-cloud platforms with Atos' expertise as a result of this acquisition. Cloudreach and Amazon Web Services recently signed a Strategic Collaboration Agreement to accelerate global cloud adoption. The transaction is expected to close in early Q1 2022, subject to regulatory approvals.<br /> </p>
