ATOS to acquire Paladion to strengthen its cybersecurity capabilities

<p>France based IT firm ATOS has announced that it will acquire cybersecurity solutions provider Paladion to bolster its global cybersecurity services. ATOS has not disclosed the financial details of the agreement but the transaction is expected to close by Q4 2020. This acquisition will help the company create the next generation of its prescriptive security operations centre offering.</p>
