Avaya International Asks The Indian Government To Relax Norms For Business

<p>Avaya, a US-based supplier of communication services, has asked the Indian government to relax rules on the "Make in India" initiative for multinational software companies. According to Nidal Abou-Ltaif, President of Avaya International, the Indian market has historically been significant to Avaya and continues to be one of the company's top markets in the Asia Pacific area. Avaya has three R&D centers in India - Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Pune.</p>
