AWS announces the opening of data centers in Israel

<p>A few weeks ago Israel signed a billion-dollar deal with AWS and Google to provide cloud services to its public sector and military. AWS, as a part of the deal, now announced it will open data centers in Israel. Google and AWS won the tender for a four-phase project in April called &ldquo;Nimbus&rdquo;. The new data centers are expected to start building by the first half of 2023. &quot;Today, AWS announced it will open an infrastructure region in Israel in the first half of 2023&quot;, AWS said.</p>
