Blockchain.com receives provisional approval from Dubai

<p>Blockchain.com said that it had received initial approval to conduct business in Dubai, becoming the most recent in a line of digital asset companies to expand in the Gulf. The company stated it would open an office in the area and start hiring after signing an agreement with Dubai&#39;s cryptocurrency regulator, VARA. Due to increased global prosperity in the Gulf area, UAE has been pushing for the creation of virtual asset regulations in order to draw in new business models.</p>
