BMW's Upcoming Voice Assistant Will Be Built on Amazon Alexa
<p>BMW's upcoming voice assistant will be built on Amazon Alexa, the two companies announced on Wednesday at Amazon's annual Devices and Services launch event. Beginning in 2018, BMW offered the Alexa virtual assistant in a few of its vehicles, and the collaboration has expanded since then. BMW won't simply integrate Alexa into cars as it has in the past. It will create its own assistant with technology from Amazon.</p>
