Boxx. Ai announces acquisition by Netcore Solutions

<p>Bangalore based AI-startup Boxx.ai has announced its acquisition by Netcore Solutions. The company uses AI and ML to help e-commerce solutions increase their conversion rates by displaying personalised products for each user. With this part-cash and part-stock deal, Netcore will use Boxx.ai&rsquo;s technology, IP, clients, and team, and provide an exit to the investors. As part of the team, the team will join Netcore in building their products.</p>
