By 2025, the cloud will account for half of all enterprise IT spending

<p>Gartner said enterprise IT spending on public cloud computing will exceed traditional IT spending in 2025 across addressable market groups -- application software, infrastructure software, business process services, and system infrastructure industries, Gartner&#39;s &#39;cloud shift&#39; research includes just those enterprise IT categories that can transfer to cloud. The shift to the cloud has only increased over the past two years due to COVID-19.</p>
