Capgemini announces high single-digit increment for 70% of employees

<p>Capgemini, having around 60% of its 2 lakh workforce in India, is reported to have offered high single-digit increments to 70% of its staff effective April 1. The rest of the staff will be paid an increment in July. The French IT giant&nbsp;also announced Rs 10,000 cash for employees stranded without any accommodation. Above all, it is paying salaries, however without a timeline, to benched staff not having any billable projects, as of now.&nbsp;</p>
