Capgemini India accelerates promotion, conceptualises a new HR strategy

<p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">To overcome the high employee attrition and social media battering for dismal salary increments last year, Capgemini India is making ways to better its employee offerings. The company has even conceptualised a new HR strategy and moved to a quarterly promotion cycle, said Ashwin Yardi, CEO Capgemini. Further, he added, the company is also trying to ensure employees have the right skills to make rapid strides and has trained 60,000 employees with&nbsp;newer technologies.</span></span></span></p>
