Capgemini's revenue increases in Q1 due to rise on data, cloud services demand
<p>Capgemini, a French IT consulting firm, announced a rise in first-quarter revenue, citing growth in its cloud and data activities as it capitalises on clients' digital transformations. The company recorded sales of 5.17B euros ($5.44B) in the first quarter, rising 17.7% at constant exchange rates year over year. Between January and March, bookings totaled 5.47B euros, up 26% at constant exchange rates compared to the same period the previous year.</p>
