Capitaland plans to invest Rs 11,000 cr in India's data center industry

<p>Capitaland, based in Singapore, is increasing its investments in its India datacenter business after only a few months in the country, citing massive demand and growth opportunities. Sanjeev Dasgupta, CEO of the Trustee-Manager of Ascendas India Trust, a subsidiary of Capitaland, said the company plans to invest up to Rs 11,100 Cr over the next 5-6 years. He further added that the company intends to expand to all major metro cities of India.</p>
