CEO of Renault de Meo resigns from Telecom Italia's board

<p>Telecom Italia, the largest telecom provider in Italy, announced that Renault CEO Luca de Meo has resigned from his position as a director to concentrate on the automaker&#39;s turnaround strategy. De Meo&#39;s resignation, according to Telecom Italia, will take effect following the board of directors meeting set for Thursday. The business also announced that the nominating committee will begin the process to choose a new director.</p>
