Chevy Silverado EV gets over 110,000 reservations, says CEO

<p>General Motors CEO and Chairperson Mary Barra revealed that the all-electric Chevrolet Silverado has hit more than 110,000 reservations. This is no surprise as the First Edition of the vehicle sold out in just 12 minutes. GM&rsquo;s main competitor, Ford, announced that it will be investing more in EVs and double the production of its own EV truck, F-150 Lightning. Despite such a high number of reservations, GM stock initially dipped but still managed to be up by 2.5%.</p>
