China's Self-driving car startup Momenta gets $300M investment from GM

<p>General Motors, the largest US automaker in terms of sales, has said that it will invest $300M in Chinese unicorn Momenta. The startup, which develops self-driving car software, just closed a $500M funding round less than six months ago. It also has investment from global automakers including Mercedes-Benz, Toyota, Bosch, and is close to mass production, aiming to roll out cars with its software by the year-end.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
