Chinese app to allow users beyond the ‘Great Firewall’ for the first time

This marks the first time when a major Chinese tech firm has launched an app that&rsquo;ll allow users to access sites like YouTube. Tuber was launched on third-party Android stores in China by a subsidiary of Qihoo 360 &ndash; the biggest Chinese cybersecurity firm. The app has seen millions of downloads since its launch.</p>
