Chip firm arm to reduce development time for connected devices

<p>British Chip Development firm Arm announced tools to reduce the chip development time of &quot;Internet of Things&quot; connected devices. Usually, such devices are first built as hardware and then passed on to software developers to write their code. However, the new tools allow coding and prototype building parallelly, reducing chip development time by 2 years, of an average 5-year development cycle. Arm is currently undergoing a $54B takeover by Nvidia.<br /> &nbsp;</p>
