CMS IT Services hires Wipro veteran as CEO, MD

<p>Sanjeev Singh has been appointed as the CEO and Managing Director of CMS IT Services. Mathew Cyriac, Chairman of the Board said, &quot;We believe Sanjeev is the right person to lead CMS IT in its next phase of growth&quot;.
