Cognizant announces bonus, promotions, merit increase for employees

<p>Cognizant is giving &quot;substantially higher bonuses than 2019&quot;, promoted 24,000 and is offering 1,60,000 employees with merit increases globally. &quot; Recognising our employees globally in serving our clients during this protracted pandemic, we are rewarding bonuses, despite 2020 being an extraordinarily challenging year,&quot; said Cognizant India Chairman and MD Rajesh Nambiar.
