Cognizant bets big on Microsoft Cloud; acquires New Signature

<p>Cognizant to acquire New Signature, a cloud-first, full-service Microsoft services provider. It will help Cognizant&lsquo;s hyper-scale cloud advisory services. New Signature will be the core of its Microsoft Business Group, a recently formed unit, which offers Microsoft-based cloud solutions. New Signature has over 500 tech certifications, 15 Microsoft gold-level certifications and is one of the 70 certified Azure Expert Managed Service Providers worldwide.<br /> &nbsp;</p>
