Cognizant will ask another 400 senior executives to leave

<p>Cognizant will ask around 400 senior executives including directors, senior directors, AVPs, VPs and SVPs to leave, media reports said. The IT giant, in 2018, laid off about 200 senior employees and offered a voluntary separation scheme to 400, in 2017. The severance package, this time, has been cut to three months from 20 weeks&#39; pay. Media reports said that CEO Brian Humphries thinks that the middle and top level of the company is still crowded.</p>
